Each division has six clubs. Top eight clubs from each conference will qualify for the play-offs irrespective of their position in the divisions. The selected teams from a conference will play each other in the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals stages. Each playoff round is played as best-of-seven series. The conference winners will play against each other for the Gagarin Cup.
